In particular, the user is informed that in conformity with article 27 of the law of January 6th 1978, personal information communicated by the user via the forms on the site is destined for Soprano and may possibly be communicated to third parties. The user has the option to state his or her opposition to this transfer by writing to the above-mentioned address.
The personal data supplied by users, is supplied voluntarily. This information is necessary to Soprano to follow up these files, and if users did not supply it then Soprano would not be able to process the files.
4.Cookies
The user is informed that during his visits to the site, a cookie may automatically appear on his or her browsing software.
A cookie is a block of data which prevents identification of the user but serves in recording data relating to his or her browsing on the site. Cookies are used to conduct frequentation surveys, audience ratings... to improve the quality of the site.

Soprano informs users of the soprano.fr site that all laws and regulations in effect are applicable to Internet.
The users of soprano.fr sites must in particular respect the clauses of the law of January 6th 1978 concerning data processing, files and freedom, the violation of which is liable to penal sanctions.

The hypertext links from the Soprano.fr site to other Internet sites and in particular those of partners, were the subject of prior and express authorization.
Nevertheless, as Soprano is not the publisher of these sites, it can not control their content. By accessing this site, users acknowledge and accept that the elements thereof are protected by law. Users of this site undertake to refrain from extracting, reusing, storing, reproducing, showing or converting, whether directly or indirectly, on any medium, by any means and in any form whatsoever, all or part of the elements that are accessible on or from the site.
